The use of the services provided by QELBE ELEARNING, SL (“Qelbe”) through the website www.qelbe.com (“Website” or “Platform”) requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Legal Notice and the Cookies Policy.
Use of this service confers the status of user upon the person using it (“User”). If the User does not agree with all or part of these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from accessing, browsing, or using the Website.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies that the User:
He has read, understands and comprehends what is stated here.
Assume all the obligations set forth herein.
He is of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The User -Customer or Company- will provide the necessary data to process the orders, guaranteeing the truthfulness and accuracy of the same under their own responsibility.

2. Description:
Qelbe's mission is to offer business families quality resources, content, and tools to address the issues that concern them in their family or business lives. To this end, Qelbe makes the Qelbe Platform available to both end customers and users (family members).
End customers will have the option to subscribe to a paid plan to access quality resources, content, and tools, and enjoy them at their own pace from their personal profile, once this option is activated on the Platform.
3. Definitions:
“Services”: Categories of all the topics that Qelbe covers in the field of the business family/family business
“Guides”: The format in which content developed by Qelbe experts is published. Users/Clients can access it for free or through a paid plan, and can download the tool to work independently.
“Qelbe Experts” refers to the group of experts who are part of the Qelbe network and contribute to the direct creation of content or to advising on key topics to be addressed.
“Customer”: Refers to Users who make a purchase from the Platform, once this option is enabled
“User”: Refers to those who browse the Platform, access free content after registering, but show no interest in upgrading to the paid plan
4. Use of services:
To access the resources offered on the website www.qelbe.com, prior user registration and acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy and Cookie Policy are required. Users who wish to browse without full registration may access publicly available content but will not be able to download the resources offered free of charge.
The data entered by the User must be accurate, current, and truthful. The registered User is responsible at all times for safeguarding their password and, consequently, assumes any damages that may arise from its misuse, as well as from its transfer, disclosure, or loss. The User must immediately inform Qelbe if they have reason to believe that their password has been used in an unauthorized manner or is likely to be. In any case, access to restricted areas and/or use of the Service under a registered User's password will be deemed to have been carried out by that User, who will be responsible in all cases for such access and use.

5. User-Customer Commitment:
When you use the platform as a buyer, you expressly agree and warrant that:
You are 18 years of age or older.
You will comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, laws against unsolicited advertising, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
You will create a single account that will be under your real name.
You will provide Qelbe only with data that is true, accurate, and complete, and you will assume responsibility for updating the information provided so that it reflects the actual situation about you.
6. Non-commercial and non-business objective of the Services and the Platform
Users registered on the platform who wish to be part of the Qelbe Business Families forum agree to use the Services and the Platform for non-commercial and non-business purposes.
Qelbe reserves the right to suspend or limit your account if it is proven that it has been used fraudulently.
7. Legal regime:
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any purchase of Plans made under them, will be subject to the laws of the competent jurisdiction in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
8. Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses:
If any clause included in these Terms and Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, these Terms and Conditions remaining in full force and effect in all other respects, and such provision being considered totally or partially as not included.
